frequently asked questions

What’s your return policy?

Every print is custom made specifically for your child. As a result, we are unable to accommodate returns.

However, we will allow for exchanges in the event of damage, or if you are sent the wrong print.

Please contact exchanges@littlecollector.com.

How do we guarantee authenticity?

Each print arrives with a certificate on authenticity, which contains a scanned signature by the artist, the edition number, title of the work, and date.

How can I submit work?

Little Collector is not currently accepting submissions.

How are images shipped?

All 8 x 10 and 11 x 14 prints are shipped in a plastic sleeve, which is placed in a rigid, flat mailer. 20 x 24 images are shipped in a special, triangular tube to guard against damage. All framed images are shipped in a fortified box, designed specifically for that purpose.

What is an edition?

An edition is a limited run of a specific piece of work. For example an edition of 15 means that only 15 examples of a work will be made. Once that threshold is reached, the edition is closed, and no further prints will be made.

How are LittleCollector’s prints made?

Each print is made to order by a fine art printer in Portland, OR. LittleCollector uses Epson inkjet pigments on 100% cotton rag paper, printed to museum standards. All prints are fully archival, and all materials are natural.

How do you care for your print?

Avoid touching the surface of the print. Contaminants can be transferred to the print from your hands, and rough treatment can scratch the surface and/or harm the pigment. It is recommended that you frame your print, as this will help to protect the work once displayed. A detailed list of how to care for your work will arrive with the image.
